WHAT'S INCLUDED: Custom workout plans, 2xweek or 1xweek one-hour private sessions, movement and posture assessment, education on safe movement and body awareness.
RESULTS: Improved strength, balance, reduced pain and stiffness, better posture and mobility, increased stamina and confidence.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Comprehensive health and movement assessment, 2 weekly sessions, each 1 hour long (hybrid) - one health coaching and one personal training session, personalized movement and nutrition plan, ongoing support between sessions, lifestyle strategies, flexible structure adapted to your goals, schedule, and needs, integrated planning so mindset, lifestyle, and movement support each other.
RESULTS: Improved physical fitness, weight loss, reduced pain, better emotional resilience, more confidence, feeling supported as a whole person, and lasting results.
