Program Structure

The Mind&Body Coaching Program is three months long, which gives us time to help you form and incorporate new habits, build a healthier lifestyle, and work through potential challenges.

Initial Phase

In the first phase, we will explore your values and priorities, discuss your main concerns, and set goals to lay the foundation for our work together.
The initial health assessment goes beyond just physical health, embracing a comprehensive approach that includes mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Prior to your first session, you will receive a questionnaire designed to capture your health history and clarify your goals for a potential collaboration. Together, we will explore various facets of your life to uncover potential root causes of any current imbalances. My aim is to create a tailored plan for you that not only aligns with your individual needs but also supports you in achieving your health and wellness goals sustainably.

Middle Phase

The middle phase will focus on further exploration, identifying current habits and challenges, and creating healthier habits through small, actionable, and sustainable steps that work for you and your family with guidance, support, and accountability. We will also work on supporting your body's natural ability to heal by tackling imbalances that may have contributed to a range of symptoms affecting multiple systems. True healing begins by addressing the root cause, not just managing symptoms. My approach focuses on natural therapies, either through herbal supplements, Ayurvedic approaches, or other alternative methods recommendations, that support the body’s innate ability to rebalance and heal itself. By creating the right conditions for wellness, we can restore harmony and promote lasting health.

Final Phase

The final phase is designed to recognize and maintain progress through a sustainable plan we will develop to ensure you continue living a healthy and happy life based on your goals. If you wish to continue our journey together to work on new or other challenges, I will be happy to support you further.

A free initial 60-minute consultation (no commitment) to discuss your health history, main concerns, and wellness vision and uncover whether I may be the right accountability partner to support you on your journey to health and well-being

12 weekly 1:1 sessions (in-person or virtual), each 45 min long

Creating collaboratively a health and wellness vision and an action plan to establish and maintain healthier lifestyle habits

Ongoing email and text support in case you have questions and to ensure you make progress in between sessions

Supportive resources throughout the program targeted to your areas of concern
​
A personalized, sustainable plan after the Coaching Program may include a self-coaching plan, referrals to other services, other supportive resources, and the option to renew the program to work on other areas of your life together so you can expand and grow further
