My Story
Welcome to my journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and the pursuit of health and happiness.
For too long, I found myself trapped in a cycle of overwork, stress, and unhappiness, all while neglecting my well-being. I was constantly seeking fulfillment in my professional life. Despite my efforts, I felt unappreciated, exhausted, and disconnected from myself and my true purpose. Moreover, my health and that of my daughter suffered greatly; I battled insomnia, digestive issues, constant headaches, and her persistent eczema, and frequent colds.
It wasn't until a pivotal moment in my life that I decided to challenge the status quo. Fueled by a deep desire for change, I embarked on a journey of self-reflection and introspection. I questioned every aspect of our lives – from our lifestyle to our nutrition – reevaluated my priorities and made the bold decision to pursue a life aligned with my passions and values and reclaim our health and well-being through a personalized holistic approach.

I decided to pursue training as a Holistic Health Coach and Herbalist, in addition to my Yoga Teacher Training to transform our lives and offer guidance and support to others on their journey to health and wellness. With a newfound mindset and a commitment to self-development and self-care, I began implementing sustainable changes that gradually improved our health. Through conscious lifestyle choices and nurturing our bodies and minds, we triumphed over our ailments, emerging stronger and healthier than ever before.
Inspired by my personal journey, I founded my own coaching and yoga business with a mission to empower parents to reclaim their health and well-being and that of their loved ones. Now, I stand ready to accompany you on your unique transformation journey, offering guidance, support, and the firm belief that a life of health and happiness is within your reach. WAY OF WORKING
I believe that proper health extends beyond the absence of illness, encompassing a harmonious balance of physical, mental, and social well-being. Embracing a holistic approach, I tailor my services to meet my clients' unique needs and lifestyles, addressing all pillars of health and well-being.
Within my coaching sessions, I dive into critical areas such as nutrition, self-care, sleep, and stress management techniques. In my 1:1 and group yoga classes, I incorporate mindfulness practices and relaxation techniques, guiding clients to reconnect their mind and body, cultivate inner peace, release tension, and restore balance. As a Personal Trainer, I work with individuals who want to proactively prevent certain health conditions—especially those already at risk—as well as with those seeking to safely and effectively manage existing conditions through personalized, evidence-based training. My focus is on enhancing overall health, functional strength, confidence in movement, and long-term well-being in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

At the core of my practice are two guiding principles: bio-individuality and multidimensional health. Recognizing that each person possesses unique needs that evolve over time, I view health as an interconnected web of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual facets. Thus, I approach each client holistically, seeking to uncover the underlying root causes of health concerns.
